A Note to Our Parents and Guardians

Welcome to our community!

At Conch, we believe that play is a vital part of growing up, and we are committed to making sure that play happens in a space that is safe, private, and secure. We know that navigating the digital world as a parent can be overwhelming, so we want to be 100% transparent about how we protect your child.

How We Keep Your Child Safe

To ensure every player gets an experience that is appropriate for their age, we use a "Privacy-First" approach:

The Age Gate

When someone first opens our app, we ask for their birth year. This is a neutral check that allows us to instantly switch on the highest level of privacy protections for children under 13.

No Personal Tracking

For our younger players, we never collect personal information like email addresses, phone numbers, or locations. We also disable all "behavioral" advertising. This means no one is tracking your child's habits to serve them targeted ads.

Safe Advertisements

We only show "Contextual Ads" to children. These are family-friendly ads (rated G) based strictly on the game they are playing, not on who they are.

Anonymous Play

Children can save their game progress using a simple Username and Password. We don't ask for an email for these accounts, ensuring your child remains anonymous to us and to the world.

What You Can Do

While we handle the technical safety, we encourage you to:

Talk about Passwords

Remind your child to keep their username and password private. Since we don't collect recovery emails for children, it's a good idea to help them write their password down in a safe place at home!

Explore Together

We invite you to play our "Adventures" with your child to see the safety features in action.

Check Our Ratings

Our "13+ Adventures" are designed for older players and require a verified login. Our younger players are automatically restricted to "Kid-Safe" content.

Our Compliance Commitment

We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the latest 2026 digital safety standards. We don't just follow the law because we have to—we follow it because we believe children deserve a digital world where they can be kids without being tracked.
